How far in advance should I book your services?
To ensure the highest level of detail and a "pixel-perfect" execution, we recommend booking at least 4 to 8 weeks in advance. However, for large-scale corporate events or peak-season dates, earlier booking is always preferred to secure your desired venue and vendors.
Do you offer custom event design or fixed packages?
We believe every event is unique, which is why we primarily offer bespoke (customized) solutions. While we have framework packages to guide you, we tailor every aspect—from the layout and lighting to the editorial theme—to match your specific vision and brand identity.
Can you handle on-site coordination on the day of the event?
Absolutely. Our team provides full on-site management, overseeing everything from vendor arrivals to technical setup and guest flow. Our goal is to handle the logistics behind the scenes so that you can enjoy the evening as a guest at your own event.
Do you manage technical requirements like lighting and sound?
Yes, we provide end-to-end technical coordination. We work with premium vendors to ensure high-fidelity sound, artistic ambient lighting, and any specialized AV requirements are integrated perfectly into the event’s design without compromising the aesthetic.
